About Lance Summey, Certified Property Manager

Lance Summey has deep roots in Central Texas, where his family has been influential in the ranching community for six generations. Besides his passion for helping families with land, the Institute of Real Estate Management recognizes Lance as a Certified Property Manager. He has spent several years managing commercial and residential properties, which include mixed use, multi-family, HOA, and single-family homes. This portfolio contains hundreds of units and 1,000+ tenants. 

Lance has been recognized year over year as a top-level Platinum Producer. His experience in land and ranch, property management, and working with investors, coupled with personal experience investing in multi-family and mixed-use properties, gives him a unique perspective as a representative for your Commercial Real Estate sales, purchase, or lease interests. Lance particularly enjoys working with families, recreational owners, and investors to buy and sell family farms, hunting and recreational land. 

Lance appreciates the time he can spend with wife Casey and son Wade. His recreational time is often spent on their property in Bosque County.
